MILLING, BORING & FACING HEAD WITH VERTICAL & CROSS AXES FEED (SEMI INSITU SOLUTION)

Stand alone type flange facers function without outside support. They get clamped to the job. If you have regular production type of jobs, we have other semi-insitu technology. Our regular milling head, if mounted on a supporting structure, can perform milling, boring and facing operation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• The rotary drive unit is essentially our 10 HP milling head with ISO-50 spindle, without quill movement.
• ISO-50 spindle coupled to the drive plate which provides rotational movement to the facing head
• Boring & facing tool with standard carbide insert, fitted to the slide unit through side lock screw
• Drive unit to the facing unit, na binubuo ng mga 0.5 HP motor and worm reduction gear box.
• Drive unit to the vertical feed unit consisting of a 2 HP motor and worm reduction gear box
• Automatic lubrication unit for the milling head
• Carriage, on which vertical axis slide unit, driven through lead screw, mekanismo kahon kulay ng nuwes, is mounted. On its carriage, milling head is mounted.
• Case hardened and ground male sliding surfaces & Turcite for the female sliding surface for high wear resistance and smooth movement.
• Automatic lubrication system for all the sliding and rotating parts.
• Common frequency converter for both the axes for a step-less feed range & rapid inching
• Separate frequency converter for the rotational axis for step-less rotation
• Digital display for the feed axes and for the rotational axis.
• Feed end limit switches for both the axes
• Imported, mercury based, brushless rotary electrical joint connector to ensure smooth rotation of the power cables of the cross feed motor through the spindle without being entwined or entangled.
• Compact operators’ console and convenient pendant station
• Bellows and wipers for guide way protection
• Suitable for mounting on any structure or L shaped bracket or any other structure as shown in the image.
• It can also be mounted on a planing machine to add Plano-milling, boring & facing capabilities to the planer
